This policy explains what information the Lirien: Soundscapes app ("Lirien", "we") handles and why. Lirien is developed by Ateş Erkoç. If you have any questions, contact support@lirien.online.
When you sign in with Apple or Google, Lirien stores your name and the sign-in method on your device so it can show your profile. If you choose a profile photo, it is stored only on your device. Your saved mixes, alarm time, chosen music service and app settings are also stored only on your device. We never receive this information.
Signing in is optional. Apple or Google handles the sign-in and shares your name (and, depending on your choice, your email address) with the app on your device. Lirien does not send this information anywhere. Apple's and Google's own privacy policies apply to their sign-in services.
If you connect Spotify or Apple Music (Lirien Pro), Lirien receives permission from that service to control playback on your device. The access permission is kept on your device. Lirien does not collect or store your listening history. Your use of these services is governed by Spotify's and Apple's privacy policies.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. Lirien only receives the status of your subscription from Apple to unlock Pro features. We never see your payment details.
The free version shows banner ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier (only if you allow tracking), IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, we ask for your consent through Google's consent message before ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time in Account › Ad Privacy Choices. You can also allow or deny tracking in iPhone Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. Lirien Pro subscribers don't see ads. Lirien downloads its list of suggested playlists from lirien.online, which is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any website, GitHub may log technical information such as your IP address when the file is requested. We don't use this information.
Alarm notifications are scheduled on your device. No notification data is sent to us.
You can delete your profile, photo, saved mixes and alarm at any time from Account › Delete Account. Deleting the app also removes all of this information from your device. To remove Lirien from your Apple ID, go to iPhone Settings › your name › Sign-In & Security › Sign in with Apple.
Lirien is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data and to object to its processing. Because Lirien keeps your information on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly in the app. For anything else, contact support@lirien.online.
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.

Giriş yapmak isteğe bağlıdır. Girişi Apple ya da Google gerçekleştirir ve adınızı (tercihinize göre e-posta adresinizi) cihazınızdaki uygulamayla paylaşır. Lirien bu bilgileri hiçbir yere göndermez. Bu giriş hizmetleri için Apple'ın ve Google'ın kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir.
Spotify'ı ya da Apple Music'i bağlarsanız (Lirien Pro), Lirien bu servisten cihazınızdaki çalmayı kontrol etme izni alır. Bu izin cihazınızda saklanır. Lirien dinleme geçmişinizi toplamaz ve saklamaz. Bu servisleri kullanımınız Spotify'ın ve Apple'ın gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.
Abonelikler Apple tarafından işlenir. Lirien, Pro özelliklerini açmak için Apple'dan yalnızca aboneliğinizin durumunu alır. Ödeme bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmeyiz.
Ücretsiz sürüm Google AdMob'dan banner reklamlar gösterir. Tercihinizi istediğiniz zaman Hesabım › Reklam Gizlilik Tercihleri bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz. Takibe izin verip vermemeyi iPhone Ayarlar › Gizlilik ve Güvenlik › Takip bölümünden de yönetebilirsiniz. Lirien Pro aboneleri reklam görmez. Ayrıntılar için Google'ın, hizmetlerini kullanan uygulamalardan gelen bilgileri nasıl kullandığına bakabilirsiniz.
Lirien, önerilen playlist listesini GitHub Pages üzerinde barındırılan lirien.online adresinden indirir. Her web sitesinde olduğu gibi GitHub, dosya istendiğinde IP adresi gibi teknik bilgileri kaydedebilir. Biz bu bilgileri kullanmayız.
Alarm bildirimleri cihazınızda planlanır. Bize hiçbir bildirim verisi gönderilmez.
Profilinizi, fotoğrafınızı, kayıtlı mix'lerinizi ve alarmınızı istediğiniz zaman Hesabım › Hesabı Sil bölümünden silebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı silmek de bu bilgilerin tamamını cihazınızdan kaldırır. Lirien'i Apple hesabınızdan kaldırmak için iPhone Ayarlar › adınız › Giriş ve Güvenlik › Apple ile Giriş Yap bölümüne gidin.
Lirien 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan bilgi toplamayız.
Yaşadığınız yere bağlı olarak, GDPR ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) dahil, kişisel verilerinize erişme, bunları düzeltme ya da silme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme haklarına sahip olabilirsiniz. Lirien bilgilerinizi cihazınızda tuttuğu için bu hakların çoğunu doğrudan uygulamadan kullanabilirsiniz. Diğer talepleriniz için support@lirien.online adresine yazın.
